Role: Access Control and CCTV Service Engineer
Location: Cambridge
Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Access Control and CCTV Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding on a variety of electronic security systems across commercial and industrial sites.
Responsibilities:
- Service, maintain, and repair Access Control and CCTV systems.
- Carry out reactive callouts and planned preventative maintenance.
- Diagnose and resolve system faults efficiently.
- Provide excellent technical support and customer service on-site.
- Complete accurate service reports and documentation.
- Ensure all work is carried out in accordance with company procedures and health & safety requirements.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience servicing and maintaining CCTV (IP & Analogue) and Access Control systems.

Experience with systems such as Paxton, Lenel, Gallagher, Axis, Hikvision, or Milestone (beneficial).

Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and technical skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.
