Air Conditioning Engineer | Up to £45,000 | North London & Buckinghamshire & Hertfordshire
Join a fast-paced and quality-driven team installing air conditioning systems on varied commercial projects, with bonus hours available for productive site work and a culture that respects engineers’ time.
Installation & Commissioning
- Install / Service a range of air conditioning systems (split, VRV/VRF, multi-split) to specification
- Assist with commissioning of new systems to ensure correct operation
Site Preparation & Planning
- Read and interpret installation drawings and plans
- Work with the team to plan and execute installations safely and efficiently
Lead Responsibilities & Bonus Pay
- Lead engineers receive bonus hours when full on-site days are completed (minimum 8 hours)
- Coordinate with other trades as required, ensuring smooth project delivery
Standards & Safety
- Ensure all installations are carried out to current health and safety and F-Gas standards
- Maintain tidy and safe working environments at all times
Essential Requirements
- F-Gas qualification and CSCS card required
- Proven experience in AC installation, ideally in commercial environments
