Role: AV Installation Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced AV Installation Engineer to join a growing team working in the high-end residential sector. This is a hands-on role installing, programming, and maintaining cutting-edge audio-visual systems in luxury properties across London, with occasional international projects. The successful candidate will be working on prestigious projects, interfacing directly with clients and delivering best-in-class technical solutions.
Responsibilities:
● Carry out high-end 2nd fix AV installations across residential sites
● Install, program, and commission systems including Crestron, Control4, and Lutron
● Configure home networks using Unify products
● Perform pre-testing and full system checks before client handover
● Act as the face of the business while on-site – client-facing and professional
● Manage multiple projects, independently or as part of a team
● Travel to various sites across London (occasional international travel included)
Experience and Certifications Required:
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience in residential AV installation
● Strong background working with Crestron, Control4, and Lutron
● Experience configuring and troubleshooting Unify networks
● Proven track record of commissioning full AV systems
● Full UK driving licence (clean)
● Excellent communication and presentation skills
