Our two-year Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship Programme is designed for people who want to build a rewarding career in a professional field that offers tremendous long-term opportunities. 

We will provide you with comprehensive, structured training and work experience to teach you everything you need to know about being a competent Business Administration professional.

Salary Details 

Year 1 – £14,514.93; Year 2 – £17,827.37 


What you will need 

  • At least 3 GCSEs or equivalent at Grade 4 or above, including English and Maths.  
  • Competent IT Skills including Microsoft Office and Outlook. 
  • Access to a personal computer as well as the internet at home. 
  • You must demonstrate that you have the legal Right to Work in the UK.  

Ideally you’ll also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to detail, time management, ability to work under pressure, and teamwork skills.

About the role 

As a Business Admin Apprentice you’ll work as part of the Design Team to deal with inbound enquiries, manage a database, liaise with customers via phone and email, coordinate site visits, and general office duties. This office-based role will involve large amounts of working on a computer, as well as communicating with colleagues and customers via phone and email.  


Your training programme 

The training will consist of external classroom training, as well as on-the-job training shadowing experienced team members. By the end of your training programme, you’ll know how to confidently manage a database, process invoices, deal with telephone enquiries, and use an ERP system to maintain accurate records. 

Complete the programme and you will join our Head Office team as a fully qualified Administration team member. Here your training will continue, with close support from our early careers team.  

Assessment Process 

We run a multi-stage assessment process designed to highlight your relevant skills, qualities, and aptitude. You don’t need any previous experience, but it would be a bonus.
