Job Title: Electrical Engineer
Location: Northamptonshire
Rate: £425 p/day
Are you an Electrical Engineer looking for your next contract role? As an Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, testing and commissioning electrical interfaces between kitchen fire suppression systems and catering appliances. You will be working on specialist installations, ensuring all works are compliant and completed to a high standard.
Description of contract/programme of works:
- Installing, testing, and commissioning electrical interfaces between kitchen fire suppression systems and catering appliances
- Altering wiring from circuit breakers within distribution boards
- Surveying sites prior to installation to ensure readiness and identify any issues
- Completing and returning work completion documentation
- Carrying out installations outside of normal working hours
Experience required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar Electrical Engineering role
- Experience working on distribution boards and circuit breakers
- Knowledge of electrical interfaces linked to fire suppression systems
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- Relevant ECS/CSCS card
- Own tools and PPE
