System Analyst – Physical Security SystemsLocation: Rochester, NY (also considering Reston, VA or Austin, TX)
We’re seeking a skilled System Analyst to provide outstanding service desk support for physical security systems. This role manages technical issues, coordinates ticket resolution, and supports access control, CCTV, and related security technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Triage and resolve service tickets

Troubleshoot and support access control, CCTV, and other security systems

Maintain documentation and manage service inventory

Coordinate engineering support and reporting
Ideal Candidate
-
5+ years in service desk or tech support, preferably in the security industry

Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

Familiar with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and basic IT networking

Experience with systems like Lenel or Milestone is a plus
-
Certifications in physical security technologies are desirable
