Join a leading force in Fire & Security solutions and help shape high-impact projects across Scotland.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys & assess project requirements.

Prepare accurate tenders, cost estimates, and bills of quantities.

Collaborate with design, commercial, procurement, and operational teams.

Manage risk, pricing strategies, and tender documentation.
Requirements:
-
Proven estimating experience in Fire & Security, Electrical, or M&E sectors.

Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills.
-
Proficient in MS Office and estimating tools.
-
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Desirable:
-
HND or equivalent in Construction, Building Services, or Quantity Surveying.

Experience with sustainable/green project estimating.
