Job MissionWe’re looking for an experienced Estimator to play a key role in developing accurate and competitive cost estimates for complex integrated security projects. Working closely with our Design, PMO, and Procurement teams, you’ll help shape winning proposals and ensure each project starts with a solid commercial foundation.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and manage detailed cost estimates for physical security system projects.

Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and bid documentation to produce accurate material and labour breakdowns.

Respond to RFQs/RFPs, creating comprehensive cost models and value-engineered options.

Collaborate with engineering and project teams to validate scope, design, and pricing.

Maintain estimating templates, tools, and pricing databases to improve efficiency and accuracy.

Support procurement and delivery teams through the bid and award process.
About You
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience estimating physical security, electrical, or low-voltage projects.

Strong knowledge of access control, CCTV, and network-based systems.

Excellent attention to detail and analytical ability with strong commercial acumen.

Confident interpreting drawings and contract documentation.

Experienced in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ERP systems (SAP/NetSuite) preferred.

Background in construction management, engineering, or a related field desirable.
