Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee service and installation operations across the region.
- Lead and support engineers on multiple sites.
- Ensure compliance with fire and security regulations.
- Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service.
- Take ownership of both installation and service projects.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven fire and security service/project management experience, ideally in a field-based regional role.
- Experience managing multi-site teams.
- Strong knowledge of industry standards, regulations, and compliance.
- Client management and service delivery experience.
- Ideal Candidate:
- Looking to move from a hands-on role to management.
- Confident in client-facing situations.
- Technical and able to manage engineers effectively.
- Motivated to own installation and service operations.
