Role: Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £50,000 per annum
Are you a Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer based in London, looking for your next step with a strong salary on offer? Technical Resources is recruiting for an experienced Fire Alarm Commissioning Engineer to take ownership of commissioning works across a range of projects. You’ll be working for a specialist fire and life safety business delivering compliant, fully tested fire alarm systems.
Responsibilities:
- Commission fire alarm systems across commercial and residential sites
- Carry out cause and effect testing and system validation
- Ensure systems comply with current British Standards and regulations
- Complete commissioning documentation accurately and on time
- Liaise with project teams and site managers as required
- Support the handover of systems to clients and service teams
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience in commissioning fire alarm systems
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm standards and compliance requirements
- Ability to work independently on site
- Relevant fire industry certification (ECS / CSCS or equivalent)
