Role: Fire Alarm Installation Engineer
Location: Derby
Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 per annum
Are you looking for a permanent Fire Alarm Installation Engineer position working in Derby? As a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer, you will be responsible for installing, commissioning, and delivering high-quality fire detection systems across commercial and industrial sites.
Responsibilities:

Install and commission a variety of fire alarm systems (addressable and conventional).

Work in accordance with BS5839 standards.

Liaise with clients, site managers, and project leads to ensure smooth delivery.

Complete documentation and system handovers.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Fire Alarm Installation Engineer.

Proven experience with leading systems (e.g. Advanced, Kentec, Morley, C-Tec, Gent).

Strong understanding of fire safety regulations and installation standards.

ECS/CSCS card preferred.

Full UK driving licence.

Own hand and power tools.
