Role: Fire Alarm Service Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £36,000 to £45,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced Fire Alarm Service Engineer. The successful candidate will be responsible for the servicing, maintenance, and fault-finding of fire alarm systems across commercial, industrial, and residential sites, ensuring systems remain fully compliant with industry standards.
Responsibilities:

Service, maintain, and fault-find on a variety of Fire Alarm systems.

Carry out routine maintenance, reactive callouts, and minor remedial works.

Test and inspect systems in accordance with BS5839 standards.

Complete accurate service reports and documentation.

Provide technical support and advice to clients on-site.

Work both independently and as part of a wider service team.

Ensure all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Proven experience servicing and maintaining Fire Alarm systems.

Knowledge of major systems such as Kentec, Morley, Advanced, or Gent.

Good understanding of BS5839 Part 1 and related industry regulations.

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

Strong communication and customer service abilities.
