Role: Fire Alarm & Suppression Systems Engineer
Location: Nottingham
Salary: £38,000 to £40,000 per annum
Are you a skilled Fire Alarm Engineer looking to develop your career in the Fire Suppression industry? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading specialist company, working on a wide range of Fire Alarm and Fixed Extinguishing systems across high-profile sites nationwide. You’ll receive full technical training and have the opportunity to progress into a senior role leading electrical projects.
Responsibilities:

Carry out servicing, installation, commissioning, and small works on fire alarm and fixed extinguishing systems.

Lead the electrical aspects of projects, working closely with the Project Manager and supporting junior engineers.

Commission and handover completed systems.

Work on conventional and addressable fire systems (GENT experience advantageous).

Provide technical support and ensure all works are delivered to the highest standard.

Work on a diverse portfolio of sites across the UK.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Strong background in Fire Alarm Systems (essential).

Experience with both open and closed protocol systems.

Commissioning experience is beneficial.

17th Edition and FIA Units 1–3 (advantageous).

Full UK driving licence required.
