Role: Fire and Security Engineer
Location: South West London
Salary: £35,000 to £40,000 per annum
We are looking for a skilled Fire & Security Engineer experienced in Fire Alarm, CCTV, and Access Control systems. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, servicing, and maintenance of fire and security systems across commercial and residential sites.
Responsibilities:
- Install, commission, service, and maintain Fire Alarms, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Carry out fault finding, testing, and repairs to ensure system reliability.
- Perform both planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive service calls.
- Complete all relevant documentation and reports accurately.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional client relationships.
- Ensure all works are completed safely and in accordance with relevant standards and regulations.
- Support project delivery by assisting with upgrades or small works when required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience working with Fire, CCTV, and Access Control systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of installation, commissioning, and servicing processes.
- Familiarity with industry standards such as BS5839 and BS EN50132.
