Role: Fire and Security Project Manager
Location: North East
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager based in the North East, looking to manage high-value projects for a well-established national provider? Technical Resources are recruiting for a Project Manager to deliver Fire and Security projects for a long-standing, privately owned organisation specialising in the design, installation, and maintenance of integrated Fire and Security systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys managing people, budgets, and projects from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Fire and Security projects with individual values up to £500,000
- Oversee engineers and subcontract labour on-site
- Maintain full P&L responsibility across projects
- Ensure projects are delivered in line with health and safety standards
- Attend key business and client meetings when required
- Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across multiple sites
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Previous experience as a Project Engineer or Project Manager within the Fire and Security industry
- Strong technical knowledge of Fire Alarms, CCTV, Intruder Alarms, and Access Control systems
- Working knowledge of NSI and BAFE regulatory standards
- Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate site-based works
