Job Title: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Glasgow
Rate: £240 p/day + mileage and expenses
We are seeking an experienced Fire and Security Service Engineer to carry out planned preventive maintenance (PPM) on fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems across Job Centre sites within the Glasgow area. The ideal candidate will be a versatile engineer capable of working independently, delivering high-quality maintenance, and ensuring systems remain fully compliant and operational.
Description of contract/programme of works:

Conduct PPM and reactive maintenance across designated sites

Service, test, and maintain fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems

Carry out fault diagnosis and implement effective solutions

Complete service documentation and communicate updates promptly

Represent the company professionally while liaising with clients and site contacts
Experience required:
-
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Fire and Security service and maintenance

Proven fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Confident working independently in multi-system environments

Excellent communication and customer service skills
Required documentation/certifications/tooling:
- ECS/CSCS
- Full UK Driving Licence
