Role: Fire and Security Service Engineer
Location: Hampshire
Salary: £50,000 – £55,000 per annum
Technical Resources are recruiting for a Fire and Security Service Manager based in Hampshire. We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established engineering business that urgently requires a hands-on, driven individual to oversee their service division. Whether you’re an experienced Service Manager or a Senior Engineer ready to step up, this is your chance to shape and grow a high-performing team.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all service and fault works within the service division
- Organise and oversee engineer schedules, timesheets, call-out rota and overtime
- Lead and support a team of Service Engineers and Subcontractors
- Carry out client meetings and site visits across Hampshire
- Develop and upskill existing engineers
- Support the Operations Manager with P&L responsibilities
- Ensure RAMS are completed and submitted appropriately
- Continuously review operations for efficiency and improvement
- Set strategic direction and build systems for growth
- Undertake training and development to progress into senior leadership
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Technical understanding of both fire and security systems
- A minimum of 5 years in a management or project management role
- Strong leadership, communication and team development skills
- Customer-focused with a drive for operational excellence
