Role Overview
- Planned maintenance & reactive service calls
- Diagnose faults, carry out remedial works & small installs
- Maintain accurate service records
- Communicate effectively with customers
Systems
- Fire: Gent, Notifier, Advanced, Protec
- CCTV: HikVision, Avigilon, Dahua
- Intruder: Galaxy, Texecom
- Access Control: Paxton, Honeywell, Gallagher
Requirements
- Experience with Fire & Security systems (to British Standards)
- Strong diagnostic skills & customer service
- Basic electrical safety training
