Role: Fire & Security Project Manager
Location: Midlands
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum

Are you an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager looking for a role offering autonomy, flexibility, and progression? We are recruiting for a well-established and forward-thinking Fire & Security contractor with a strong Midlands presence. With major projects launching in early 2026, they are seeking a Project Manager to take ownership of key regional projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Fire & Security installation projects from handover to completion
  • Plan and coordinate labour, materials, and subcontractors to meet programme deadlines
  • Act as the primary client contact throughout the full project lifecycle
  • Monitor project costs, variations, and overall commercial performance
  • Liaise with design and commissioning teams to ensure technical compliance
  • Conduct regular site visits across the Midlands to review progress and H&S compliance
  • Prepare project documentation, progress reports, and handover packs
  • Ensure compliance with relevant standards, including BS 5839 and NSI/BSIA codes
  • Drive continuous improvement through post-project reviews and lessons learned

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • Proven experience managing Fire & Security installation projects
  • Strong technical knowledge of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems
  • Working knowledge or exposure to Fire Alarm systems
  • Good commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and subcontractors
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and planning skills
  • Competent in using Microsoft Project or similar planning tools
  • Full UK Driving Licence
