Role: Fire & Security Training Support Manager
Location: Brighton
Salary: £52,000 per annum
Ready to step off the tools but still use your technical expertise? As a Training Support Manager – Fire & Security, you’ll combine hands-on support with classroom training and mentoring to help develop engineers and maintain high technical standards nationwide. You will be working for a respected national fire and security organisation delivering services across the UK.
Responsibilities:
● Deliver classroom and field-based training to Fire & Security Engineers at all levels
● Provide expert on-site technical support and troubleshooting across multiple systems
● Carry out engineer audits to ensure quality, compliance and best practice
● Develop and implement upskilling programmes to improve team performance
● Support the rollout of new products, equipment and procedures
● Travel nationwide, including occasional overnight stays
Experience and Certifications Required:
● A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Fire & Security Engineer
● Strong working knowledge of fire alarm, intruder, CCTV and access control systems
● Experience mentoring, leading or training engineers
● Full UK driving licence
● FIA, NSI or other relevant industry qualifications (desirable)
