PES Manager – London area
Overview:
- Our client, an enterprise systems integrator, is looking for a Professional Services Manager to take ownership of the PES team. They will also consider a Senior / Team Leader position DOE.
Location:
- The role will include working from home, sites and occasional office visits. Most customers are based in London so you must live within a commutable distance.
Package:
- Salary negotiable DOE
- Company vehicle
Details:
- Your team of Engineers support technical tasks like system upgrades, migrations, and remote support. You would be responsible to the day-to-day management of the team.
- You would also be responsible for managing the Technical Helpdesk and ensure smooth operations during absences.
- This role involves overseeing technical projects, providing ongoing client support, and handling escalated issues.
Required:
- Excellent networking and server knowledge
- Excellent knowledge and experience with enterprise systems such as Lenel, Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone or similar
- A positive attitude with a desire to help and support others
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workloads
