Role: Professional Services Engineer
Location: South East
Salary: £60,000 to £65,000 per annum

Are you a Professional Services Engineer based in the South-East looking to take ownership of enterprise-level security projects? As a Professional Services Engineer, you will be responsible for leading technical delivery, system migrations, upgrades and client aftercare support across advanced Access Control and CCTV platforms. You will be working for a nationally established security systems integrator with nearly 20 years’ experience delivering enterprise and global security solutions to government, technology and blue-chip organisations.

Responsibilities:

  • Take ownership of technical delivery and aftercare activities including system migrations, hardware and software upgrades, and remote support services
  • Lead deployment, installation and configuration of hardware, software and cloud-based security solutions
  • Develop and manage detailed project plans including timelines, milestones, resources and risk mitigation strategies
  • Customise solutions to meet client-specific requirements including scripting, integrations and interface configuration
  • Provide proactive technical guidance to maximise client system performance and identify upgrade opportunities
  • Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues, implementing preventative and resolution strategies
  • Support Commercial and Aftercare teams with client meetings, system demonstrations, redesigns and FAT testing

Experience and Certifications Required:

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience working with enterprise-level security systems
  • Strong technical knowledge of Access Control and CCTV systems
  • Hands-on experience with Lenel, Genetec or C-Cure platforms
  • Knowledge of SQL Servers and networking infrastructure
