Project Engineer – Enterprise Security Systems

Overview
My client, a leading global enterprise security integrator, is seeking a Project Engineer to support the successful delivery of high-profile security projects across Germany. This role works closely with Project and Program Managers to ensure projects are planned, coordinated, and delivered to the highest technical and quality standards.
The ideal candidate will be based near the Frankfurt area and willing to travel to other regions of Germany depending on project requirements.
Key Responsibilities

Support Project and Program Managers with scheduling, planning, resourcing, and coordination of technical activities

Liaise with clients to define project requirements, scope, and objectives

Attend site meetings and assist with project execution and issue resolution

Track project progress, budgets, hours, and documentation

Prepare and maintain project plans, reports, and quality documentation

Manage small project changes, moves, adds, and modifications

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed quality standards
Key Requirements
- Enterprise level security system experience – Lenel, Genetec, C Cure, Milestone

Minimum 2+ years’ experience in project engineering, project planning, or site-based delivery

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Planner, and Project

Experience with Bluebeam and/or PlanGrid would be ideal
-
Ability to interpret technical drawings, schedules, and workflows

Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
-
Comfortable working independently and in client-facing environments
