Role: Security Contracts Manager
Location: East London
Salary: £50,000 to £60,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Security Contracts Manager based in East London looking to lead from the front? As a Security Contracts Manager, you will oversee a team of six engineers, delivering complex security projects primarily within the social housing sector. You will be working for a leading Fire & Security and Electrical company with a strong reputation for quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and recruit a team of six security engineers
- Oversee end-to-end contract delivery, including tenders, surveys, system design, installation, and ongoing support
- Prepare and submit tenders, quotations, and conduct site surveys
- Attend client meetings and site visits, providing technical expertise
- Provide technical support and training across CCTV, access control, and door entry systems
- Monitor profit and loss, ensuring strong commercial performance across projects
- Ensure all works comply with relevant British Standards and industry regulations
- Present division updates atthe board level and contribute to the growth strategy
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A strong technical background in security systems, particularly CCTV, access control, and door entry
- Proven experience as a Contracts Manager, Project Manager, or similar within the security sector
- Excellent communication skills, confident, engaging with clients, engineers, and senior stakeholders
- Strong commercial awareness, including budgeting, tendering, and P&L management
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within a fast-paced environment
