Security Engineer | South West | Up to £37,000
Install, commission, service, and maintain Fire & Security systems across the designated coverage area.
Key Responsibilities
- Fault finding, emergency callouts, routine maintenance & reactive works.
- Installation & commissioning of small to large-scale projects.
- Review specifications, drawings, and equipment for smooth delivery.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships.
- Identify and survey sales opportunities.
- Complete electronic job sheets, timesheets, mileage/expense claims.
- Comply with Health & Safety, Security, Environmental, and Technical standards.
- Assist colleagues with technical issues (phone or site support).
- Maintain company equipment and report issues promptly.
- Mentor trainees and uphold best practices.
- Attend meetings and training courses to expand knowledge.
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience installing CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder Alarm systems
- Strong ability to work independently across Berkshire and nearby areas
- Excellent communication and client service skills, particularly with private customers
- Eligibility to pass a high-level vetting process (essential for working on high-value sites)
