Job Title: Security Installation Engineer

Location: Cambridge

Rate: £220 p/day

We are seeking a skilled Security Installation Engineer for a project in Cambridge. The role involves the installation of Paxton Access Control systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation process, while commissioning will be managed in-house. This position requires an individual with specific experience in Paxton Access Control systems.

Description of contract/programme of works:

  • Installation of Paxton Access Control systems in designated areas.
  • Ensure all installations are carried out efficiently and in accordance with project specifications.
  • Work independently to complete installations within the project timeline.

Experience required:

  • Specific experience with the installation of Paxton Access Control systems.
  • Ability to work autonomously on installation projects.
  • Familiarity with security system installation protocols and best practices.

Required documentation/certifications/tooling:

  • ECS card is sssential for demonstrating knowledge and adherence to safety standards.
  • Contractors are required to supply their own hand tools, power tools, full Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and stepladders necessary for the installation work.
