Role: Security PPM Engineer
Location: Reading
Salary: £40,000 per annum
Are you a Security PPM Engineer based in or around Reading, looking for a stable role with no call-outs? Technical Resources is recruiting for an experienced Security PPM Engineer to carry out planned preventative maintenance across a portfolio of sites. You’ll be working for an established security systems provider delivering high-quality service and long-term solutions to their clients.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on security systems
- Service and maintain CCTV, access control, and intruder alarm systems
- Accurately complete service reports and documentation
- Identify and report any remedial works required
- Deliver a professional and customer-focused service at all times
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a security engineering role
- Experience working on CCTV and access control systems
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance skills
- Relevant security industry certifications (ECS / CSCS or equivalent)
- Full UK driving licence
