Role: Security Project Engineer
Location: London
Salary: £45,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Security Project Engineer looking for your next contract opportunity? As a Security Project Engineer, you will play a key role in the successful delivery of integrated security projects, supporting the Project Manager in coordinating installations, commissioning, and technical delivery across commercial and critical infrastructure sites.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the delivery of Access Control, CCTV, and Intruder system installations from design through to commissioning.
- Oversee on-site engineering teams and subcontractors to ensure works are delivered to specification and programme.
- Carry out commissioning, testing, and client demonstrations.
- Provide technical support, produce documentation, and liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and quality standards.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer or Commissioning Engineer within the Security industry.
- Strong technical understanding of CCTV, Access Control, and Intruder systems.
- Experience with enterprise-level platforms such as Lenel, Gallagher, Genetec, or Milestone preferred.
- Excellent organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple site activities.
