Role: Security Project Manager
Location: North/North-West
Salary: £50,000 – £60,000 per annum
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing multiple security and AV projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with NSI standards. You’ll also have P&L responsibility for the region, manage subcontractor relationships, and support the Head of Projects in developing strategies for the department.
Responsibilities:

Manage multiple Security and AV projects up to £750k in value.

Take ownership of P&L for a portfolio of projects in the North region.

Ensure all project documentation is completed and NSI compliant.

Oversee subcontractor management and performance.

Work with the Head of Projects to implement departmental strategies.

Ensure RAMS (Risk Assessments & Method Statements) are submitted to clients.
Experience and Certifications Required:

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager within Fire & Security.

Strong knowledge of NSI standards.

A Project Management qualification is desirable but not essential.

Excellent organisational, communication, and leadership skills.
