Role: Security Service Engineer
Location: Liverpool
Salary: £32,000 to £40,000 per annum
Are you a Security Service Engineer, looking for a new challenge with a leading fire and security specialist? As a Security Service Engineer, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and fault-finding across a range of security systems, including CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control.
Responsibilities:
- Servicing and maintenance of CCTV, intruder alarm, and access control systems.
- Diagnose faults and perform repairs to ensure systems operate effectively.
- Provide excellent customer service while working on client sites.
- Complete all service reports and documentation accurately and on time.
- Participate in an on-call rota as required.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role within the security industry.
- Experience with IP CCTV and integrated access control systems.
- Knowledge of major manufacturers such as Hikvision, Paxton, Galaxy, Texecom, or similar.
- ECS/CSCS Card desirable.
- Full UK driving licence required.
