Role: Sprinkler Site Supervisor
Location: England
Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 per annum
Are you an experienced Sprinkler Site Supervisor looking for your next opportunity? Technical Resources are working with a leading fire protection contractor delivering large-scale sprinkler and fire suppression projects across the UK. Due to continued growth, they are seeking a skilled Site Supervisor to oversee installation and commissioning works, ensuring high-quality delivery and full health & safety compliance.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with Project Engineers to ensure high-quality and on-time project delivery.
- Provide feedback on installation issues and assist with remedial works.
- Conduct ongoing snagging and quality checks.
- Monitor and manage the daily activities of subcontract labour.
- Plan and coordinate site tasks, liaising between engineers, subcontractors, and clients.
- Ensure subcontractors adhere to all health & safety requirements, including inductions and certification checks.
- Lead and attend daily site briefings and progress meetings.
- Maintain excellent site housekeeping and a positive company image.
- Support the commissioning and handover process.
Experience and Certifications Required:
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience supervising sprinkler or mechanical installation projects.
- Proven experience managing teams and subcontractors on-site.
- SSSTS qualification (essential).
- CSCS Supervisor Card (essential).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Outlook.
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills.
- Flexible and proactive approach to project requirements.
