Job Title: TP137 Site Manager
Location: Kent
Package: £500 p/day

Technical Resources is currently seeking a TP137 Authorised Site Manager for a contract role focusing on Fire Protection at a Substation in Kent. This role is essential for ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency on site.

Description of Contract/Programme of Works:

  • The role is based at a Substation in Kent, requiring National Grid TP137 authorisation.
  • Supervising fire protection and detection works.
  • Managing Health & Safety compliance and overseeing subcontractors.
  • Involvement in the planning and execution of the project’s delivery programme.
  • Responsible for the execution of Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS).

Experience Required:

  • Must be TP137 Authorised with an SMSTS certification.
  • Proven experience in managing fire protection/detection projects within a substation environment.
  • Strong focus on Health & Safety and compliance.

Required Documentation/Certifications/Tooling:

  • TP137 Authorisation and SMSTS certification.
  • BESC and Person / Competent Person qualifications.
  • Contractors need to provide their own Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), including boots, hard hat, safety glasses, ear protection, and gloves.
