The total of Security Industry Authority approved contractors (ACS) has topped 550.
A guarding approval – for Prestons Security and Services Northwest, of St Helens – was withdrawn in October. The most recent ACS total is 551.
Companies approved recently include, in guarding: Boss Security Services, of Bradford; and SPS Proline (Dog Handlers) of Widnes. In guarding and key-holding, Elite Security Guarding of Dagenham. In guarding and door supervision, Gainsborough Events Management of London E16; Protex Security (UK) of Barnsley; and Sapphire Management Services UK of Solihull.
