Installers Abel Electronic Security have adopted the ADPRO range of transmission products from Vision Fire & Security. Abel, formed in Leicester in 1965, has some 13 offices throughout the UK, and operate two alarm receiving centres in Leicester and London. The ADPRO products added to Abel?s portfolio include InSight integrated security system, and FastScan, pictured, and are used as the ARCs? alarm and video surveillance transmission technology. Abel were a pioneer of the dual link concept whereby either of the ARCs is able to respond when an alarm signal is generated. George Morris, Abel Marketing Manager, says: ?The ADPRO transmission products are certainly fulfilling our requirements.? At Vision Systems, ADPRO Sales Director Tim Northwood said the firm operates an on-line service with engineers assisting installing and commissioning engineers.
