Skills for Security and trainers Tavcom have joined forces to provide tuition and technical certification to security systems apprentices within SfS’ apprenticeship scheme.
Groups of students will attend day release training over 18 months at the Tavcom training centre in Hampshire where they will receive the technical theory element of the apprenticeship. Skills for Security, through their contract with the Skills Funding Agency, provides funding to employers for their apprentices and manages the apprenticeship framework.
