Business Continuity 2007

The Business Continuity 2007 conference runs on May 14 and 15, at the Copthorne Tara Hotel, London.

Aimed at giving visitors an update in business continuity and crisis management matters, that includes the new British Standard, BS25999. Planned are case studies on how other organisations have come through a crisis such as the Buncefield fire near Hemel Hempstead in December 2005. John Sharp of the Continuity Forum will cover the Civil Contingencies Act.

Speaking on the economic impact of terrorism – not only in London – and asking how to reduce risks is Peter Power, the former Scotland Yard man now of Visor Consultants who most recently commented on BBC TV news about the February spate of letter bombs.
