Nikaro, a national key holding and response service network, reports that it has partnered with Omni Security Services to offer canine units as part of its service.
The network, established in 1996, is made up of more than 200 nationally based service partners to deliver key holding and associated security services. The canine units will be used in situations when the additional deterrent of a guard dog and dog handlers are required. Also provided: specialist search dogs and handlers, for assignments requiring the detection of explosives, firearms or drugs.
Commercial Manager of Nikaro, Angie Nicolls, said: “At Nikaro we are constantly evolving as a company in response to our customers’ needs and we are delighted that we are now able to offer canine units as part of our service.
“The canine units will provide a valuable addition to our mobile patrols and will be used to deter against theft, damage or threatening behaviour.”
