The Office of Fair Trading has approved Securitas’ acquisition of the security services contractor Chubb Security Personnel.
As disclosed on January 14, 2011, Securitas has acquired Chubb Security Personnel in the United Kingdom, with annual sales of about £113m. The enterprise value is estimated to £31m.
The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas AB as of April 1, 2011.
