Axytrans has signed a cooperation agreement with Surrey-based IBP International to market the Axytrans cash-in-transit systems in the UK.
In France and Belgium more than 60pc of cash movements being covered by Axytrans systems, it is claimed. The makers add that the product meets French and Belgian government standards, whereby, whatever method criminals use to attempt to steal the money it is indelibly stained within 1/1000th of a second. Guards have no access to the cash which is carried in soft-skin vehicles.
Neil Chrismas, IBP International’s Sales and Marketing Director, said: "IBP is deeply involved in helping victim organisations resolve their robbery issues and the contract with Axytrans, not only extends IBP’s activity to the cash-in-transit sector, but deepens its service to its existing clients – the financial institutions and retail chains."
IBP’s premises protection robbery systems are also distributed and installed in France through its subsidiary, IBP-Sedimap.
