Corporate clothing company Prima reports it has received excellent ratings in its latest customer survey.
In the first survey to be carried out since the business was acquired by Alexandra plc, Prima is above the rest for its high standard of customer service. One customer describes them as "streets ahead in every way".
Prima says that it scored highly in each section of the survey which looked at all aspects of its service. These included the quality of garments, the ordering, packaging and delivery process right through to the after care service. The sales team received a rating of excellent for their high standard of customer care whilst the product range, efficiency of the service and response to customer queries also received top marks.
The London Docklands based company, which specialises in providing uniforms for the security and transport sectors, became part of corporate wear giant Alexandra in April 2005.
What they say
Nick Atkinson, formerly chief executive of Prima who has stayed with the company as managing director said: "We always believed that bringing together Alexandra and Prima would deliver real benefits for customers of both organisations. This first Prima customer survey since the move suggests they are already seeing those benefits coming through. However we are committed to continuing this improvement programme and the strength of the Alexandra organisation will help us to achieve that."
