Network Video Technologies (NVT), the unshielded twisted pair (UTP) CCTV Hybrid Video transmission product firm, has recently conducted a Customer Satisfaction Survey across its UK & EMEA operational region.
To ensure the credibility of the questionnaire’s results, NVT employed an independent agency, with the primary objective of asking its customers, ‘How are we are doing?’ Areas surveyed covered NVT’s entire business sphere, including; sales, marketing, operations and accounts.
From the results, NVT scored 81pc satisfaction rating, revealing the company’s customers value the things that differentiate its market offering. Paul Speller, NVT’s General Manager was thrilled with the result and said: "Achieving 81pc indicates that on a daily basis, we’re delighting our customers, though we’re not resting on our laurels, it also highlights areas where we can target ourselves to improve. The detailed questionnaire has identified both generic trends to focus upon and customer specific needs which we are now addressing. We have set ourselves a specific improvement target for this time next year."
