Day-night Camera

by msecadm4921

Genie has introduced the next generation DSP in its new wide dynamic range true day/night bodied camera, the GSDNR-5355W.

The SDNR camera is quoted to achieve an ultra high resolution of 560 TV lines (colour) and 700 TVL (mono).

The camera compensates for backlight 128 times more than current models, the Welwyn Garden City, Hertfordshire-based CCTV company reports, and incorporates a 3-D super digital noise reduction technology (SDNR). The camera delivers black and white images even when lighting levels are low as 0.00004 lux by implementing the 256x sens-up.

Binit Shah, Genie’s Marketing Manager says: “This is a good high performance camera with an attractive price tag that is packed with many important useful features like a mechanical IR cut-filter, advanced WDR, digital image stabiliser, advanced back light compensation, privacy masking for up to eight areas, intelligent motion detection and RS485 communication.”
