From Tuesday, October 14, Panasonic System Solutions has introduced a new central contact number for its S3 customer support line.
The new number is 0844 844 3888 * and gives customers direct access to the main support departments for any Panasonic System Solutions product.
When dialling, customers will be able to choose from the following options:
Option 1: Sales – including stock availability; accounts; pricing information and delivery enquiries.
Open 8.30am โ 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
Option 2: Technical Support – including assistance with installation, system design and product specification.
Open 9.00am โ 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
Option 3: Panasonic Service Centre – for all warranty and chargeable repairs.
Open 9.00am โ 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
