The West End Door Security Forum held their Inaugural Symposium for Door Supervisors on Tuesday, October 28, at Chinawhite Nightclub, Air Street, London W1.
The forum seeks to deal with issues facing the door security sector. Hear it direct from the Security Industry Authority; the Counter Terrorism Office; a leading Doctor specialising in people injured in licensed premises; specialists in physical intervention and top lawyers specialising in this area including Queen’s Counsel.
Hence speakers invited were on counter terrorism and nightclubs by DC Ian Rudge (Counter Terrorism Office); corporate manslaughter by Ian Glenn QC. (5 King’s Bench Walk); training by Ian Rutherford (RTC); and physical intervention – reducing risk and liability; by Bill Fox (of trainers Maybo) and Dr Anthony Bleetman (A&E Consultant).
