SALTO Systems the access product firm announces that its GEO (Global Electronic Opening) cylinder is now IP66 rated.
The new IP66 rated model is compatible with most RFID technologies, and can now be used on external, all weather sites. The makers say that itโรรดs for control of a standard door, glass door, aluminium door, steel door, a lift or elevator, a car park, entry to a data centre, access to a server rack, the security of a container or anything else. Itโรรดs also available in a padlock version making it suitable for the securing of gates, barriers the company adds.
