Enforcement Event

Chelsea Football Club in west London is the venue for the fourth Enforcement Summit on Thursday, July 8.

The one-day conference and exhibition organised by Landor will look at how local enforcement teams are meeting the challenge of enforcing parking, traffic and environmental regulations.

Speakers include –

Andrew Errington, Director of Community Protection for the City of Nottingham. This service brings together City Council and Police services under one to tackle anti-social behaviour and crime. Combined are services such as Environmental Health, Trading standards, Licensing, CCTV, Prostitution Taskforce and ASB teams. The service works on a ‘Total Place’ approach, so that issues are dealt with in a joined up way.

Retired Cambridgeshire Police man Steven Davidson, and Ashley Brandon, parking fraud investigation team, London Borough of Lambeth. winners of the British Parking Association’s Enforcement Team of the Year for 2010 title.

Viv Nicholas, European Secure Vehicle Alliance. The EVSA represents manufacturers, equipment suppliers, motoring organisations, police, fireservice, local government, etc., who all share an interest in reducing vehicle related crime and disorder. Vehicle crime is now only approximately one third of the level that it was in 1995.
