A new fixed domes (VFDS) from Vista, the VFDE4V9CM-700 range delivers 700TV lines imaging via the Sony Effio ‘e’ chipset.
The high-resolution capability of the VFDE4V9CM-700 range ensures superior images, it’s claimed, while an optically correct lower bubble provides true image rendition.
Available in a black or white body and smoke or clear dome options, each unit comes with BLC and 2D-DNR, whilst ATR (Adaptive Tone Reduction), balances the image in widely contrasting scenes of view. Four privacy zones mean that sensitive scenes can be masked from operator viewing.
Capable of supplying images down to 0.32Lux (colour) @ f1.6, the colour/monochrome dome camera also features a colour killer function, which removes colour detail in low-light, to provide cleaner monochrome images at low-light levels.
"Thanks to its clever all-in-one design which combines a 4-9mm varifocal lens and housing, these industry leading 700TVL internal domes are quick and simple to install and set-up," says Mark Prichard, Vista’s divisional director. "Adding further to installation flexibility, each unit is supplied with a pre-wired 1m cable, long enough to feed through brackets, ceilings and wall cavities, whilst a 3-axis gimble allows the choice of mounting the dome on a ceiling or wall."
