Oltec Group Facilities Management has launched to provide a range of facilities management services to the entire business sector.
Based in the north west of England, Oltec Group seeks to provider what the firm call integrated facilities management. Employing 2,000 staff throughout the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, Oltec Group FM offers security, cleaning and hygiene, M&E, waste and recycling and ground maintenance. <br><br>Oltec Group MD John Roddy says: “Our services do not simply end with the basic FM elements. Oltec Group FM operates its own UK Communications Centre with a Data Capture Division and integrated Management System. This the firm says enables experienced and focused management teams have up-to-date information to understand risk and business culture thus ensuring a full return on investment. Oltec Group FM also runs a dedicated training academy. Within the company head office, the purpose built academy provides bespoke training and development courses to meet both the business’s and customers’ requirements.
