dns has obtained certification to ISO27001 for its Managed Security Services (MSS).
The concept of the ISO27001 standard is for an organisation to design, implement and maintain a coherent suite of processes and systems for effectively managing information security. This helps to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of important information assets whilst minimising information security risks to those assets.
Not only is this certification giving existing customers the peace of mind that they have outsourced their security management to a serious player in the market, but will also help dns to secure new deals, Richard Lewis, sales and marketing director at dns, says.
