Skills for Security has announced that the Minister of State for Northern Ireland, Paul Goggins MP, whose responsibilities include security and policing in the six counties, will speak at the Skills for Security conference in Belfast.
In accepting the invitation the minister wrote: "As we continue to prepare for the introduction of SIA regulation in Northern Ireland ensuring that all those working within the private security industry are trained to the proper industry standards is essential. Skills for Security play a vital role in that and I am glad to support you at your conference."
